Русский Meeting with Representatives of Turkmen Companies CONSUL and Döwletli Döwran
Within the framework of the Second Intergovernmental Economic Forum of the Republic of Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, held in Dushanbe, a working meeting took place between Karimzoda Buzurgmehr Karim, Head of the State Institution Administration of the Free Economic Zone “Panj”, Shokhrat Kakajanov, Founder of Business Entity “CONSUL”, and Dovlet Saparov, Representative of Döwletli Döwran in the Republic of Tajikistan.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Head of the FEZ “Panj” introduced the guests to the investment potential of the Free Economic Zone, its tax and customs incentives, the strategic advantages of its geographical location, as well as its priority areas for development and investment opportunities.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for expanding bilateral trade and economic cooperation, attracting foreign investment, implementing joint investment projects, strengthening industrial cooperation, developing transport and logistics links, and enhancing business relations between the business communities of the Republic of Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.
The Turkmen delegation also presented the activities of Döwletli Döwran. The company is a modern industrial enterprise in Turkmenistan specializing in the production of high-quality ceramic construction materials, including clinker bricks, facing bricks, ceramic tiles, decorative stone, and thermoblocks. Its manufacturing facilities are equipped with advanced European and Japanese technologies, while its products comply with international quality standards and are supplied to both domestic and international markets.
Representatives of CONSUL and Döwletli Döwran expressed their interest in establishing long-term cooperation with the Free Economic Zone “Panj” in the areas of investment promotion, investment project support, organization of joint business events, industrial cooperation, and the implementation of mutually beneficial investment initiatives.
Following the meeting, the State Institution Administration of the Free Economic Zone “Panj” and Business Entity “CONSUL” signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at promoting cooperation in investment attraction, promotion of the investment potential of the Free Economic Zone, investment project support, exchange of information and expertise, organization of joint business events, and implementation of mutually beneficial projects.
The parties expressed confidence that the signing of the Memorandum would constitute an important step toward strengthening partnership relations and would create a solid foundation for future joint initiatives aimed at enhancing economic cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, as well as attracting new investments to the Free Economic Zone “Panj”.
