Русский Individual entrepreneurs and organizations, as well as their representative offices, regardless of their organizational and legal form provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, may become subjects of the Free Economic Zone “Panj” if they complete the following steps:
1. Registration of a legal entity with the Tax Inspectorate of Jayhun District
2. Submission of an application to the Administration of the FEZ “Panj”
3. Submission of a business plan
4. Obtaining the FEZ subject certificate
5. Signing agreements with the FEZ
- Application form approved by the Administration of the FEZ “Panj”
- Information sheet about the organization
- Application questionnaire for obtaining the certificate of a subject of the FEZ “Panj”
- Rules for preparing business plans and/or investment projects submitted for obtaining the status of a subject of the Free Economic Zone
The cost of the certificate for any type of activity, regardless of production volume and turnover of goods, is USD 5,000.
Validity period of FEZ “Panj” subject registration certificates:
Certificate for production activities — up to 25 years
Certificate for trade activities — up to 10 years
Certificate for service activities — up to 10 years
Requirements for business plans and investment projects:
Business plans and investment projects must be prepared on the basis of the relevant documents and meet the following requirements:
The investment amount for production activities must exceed USD 300,000.
The investment amount for import-export activities must be at least USD 50,000.
The investment amount for service activities must be at least USD 10,000.
The period for importing production equipment must not exceed 3 years.
The start of activity must be no later than 2 years after state registration.
