The Free Economic Zone “Panj” operates under the customs regime of a free customs zone, creating an efficient customs and logistics environment for investors. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, goods and products placed within the territory of the zone are considered to be outside the customs territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Under this regime, the import of domestic and foreign goods and products, including production equipment, technological lines, raw materials, and construction materials, is carried out without the payment of customs duties and taxes. At the same time, prohibitions and restrictions of an economic nature are not applied to such goods, enabling investors to organize supply chains with minimal costs.

This regime provides opportunities for production, processing, assembly, and preparation of products, turning the FEZ “Panj” into a strategic platform for re-export and goods processing. Goods may be placed within the territory of the zone without time limits, creating stable conditions for the implementation of long-term projects.

When goods are exported from the territory of the FEZ “Panj” outside the Republic of Tajikistan, customs duties are not charged, except for payments related to customs clearance, and restrictions of an economic nature are not applied. These opportunities help increase the competitiveness of export products and expand access to international markets.
