Русский The activities of the Free Economic Zone “Panj” are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and are regulated by the applicable regulatory legal acts. The legal framework for the operation of the zone defines the procedure for its establishment and activities, the rights and obligations of its entities, the terms and conditions for applying the prescribed benefits, as well as the mechanism of management and state control.
The legal regulation of the zone’s activities is carried out on the basis of the following documents:
1 – Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Free Economic Zones”
2 – Regulation of the Free Economic Zone “Panj”
3 – Charter of the State Institution “Administration of the Free Economic Zone “Panj”
4 – Regulation on the Supervisory Council on Free Economic Zones in the Republic of Tajikistan
6 – Customs Code of the Republic of Tajikistan – Chapter 32. Free Customs Zone
These documents regulate in detail the legal relations related to the activities of the entities of the zone, the application of tax and customs benefits, the procedure for the import and export of goods and products, as well as other matters related to business activities within the territory of the free economic zone.
